Allocated worker to assess the risk, complete Risk in the Community records, create safety plans and carry out direct work. If the allocated social worker requires a RIC Case Discussion they can still request this via the team inbox, but should only make this request if they believe the child to be high risk or at the cusp of high/ medium risk.
These tools are for professionals working with children/young people considered to be medium or low risk from exploitation. These tools will help with in direct work with young people to explore healthy relationships, exploration of peer groups and social media use.
