SET CAMHS - raise concerns with SET CAMHS. This is a free service providing both preventative resources and targeted, specialist emotional wellbeing and mental health support for young people aged between 0-18, living in Southend, Essex or Thurrock. The service is also available to anybody with Special Educational Needs (SEN) up to the age of 25. Essex Wellbeing Service - offers coaching for all school-aged children and their families to help set healthy lifestyle habits. This support is tailored to the specific situations of each family.
Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service - helps families access local health services in the community. Virgin Care and Barnardo’s provide the service for us and the NHS. You can access the service from family hubs and family hub delivery sites across Essex.

Reading Well - Reading Well recommends expert endorsed books about mental health, providing 13 to 18 year olds with advice and information about issues like anxiety, stress and OCD, and difficult experiences like bullying and exams.

Shorespace - Shorespace is a website for teenagers worried about sexual behaviour. Shore has anonymous advice and support to help young people manage worrying thoughts and learn more about living safely both online and offline.
Essex County Council’s Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing team is a short-term early intervention team made up of social workers, support workers and an employment specialist. They work with people who are experiencing low level mental health problems such as anxiety and depression which are causing a social care need.
