• Papworth Trust is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting disabled people, their families and carers. Papworth Trust helps disabled people with different services, including a range of leisure activities.
  
  
• The Underdog Crew based in Colchester, have a focus on youth empowerment, mentoring and mental health support. They look to empower young people through creative arts, music and filmmaking.
  
  
• Autism Anglia assists those with autism and their families. Their services support people to build confidence and independence.
