Is This Ok? is a free, anonymous, and confidential service, bringing trained professionals together to provide support to young people through a chat service. The 'Is This Ok' website has information and advice on a range of topics from abuse, drugs, gangs, friendships, online safety, mental health and sexual exploitation plus much more.

If a young person wants to talk to someone about any of these issues, they can talk to the free, confidential chatbot or with an advisor. The young person will first come through to a chat-bot. A chat-bot is used to create an online chat conversation via text, before providing direct contact with a trained chat advisor who will be able to listen and provide non-judgemental support. Young people don’t need to provide their real name (a nickname is fine), and they don't need to provide an address.
