Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews - Essex

• A Child Safeguarding Practice Review (CSPR) is a review about learning and NOT about fault or blame.
• There is a multi-agency panel and a Lead Reviewer who writes the report.
• Reviews can take anywhere from two days to several months.
• Learning points and good practice is shared with agencies. Agencies are responsible for implementing changes in order to improve practice in their organisations.
