Please note that the Children and Families Hub will be closed for the Christmas period from 25th December to 29th December 2025 (inclusive) and will re-open on 30th December.

The Hub will close again on 1st January 2026 and service resumes as normal from 2nd January.

If you have an urgent concern for a child living in Essex, please contact the Emergency Duty Team on 0345 606 1212 during these times.
