Earlier this year, Essex County Council Children & Families Hub invited parents and partners to share their experiences navigating the Essex County Council website—specifically the pages related to raising concerns for children.

Feedback stated the process was confusing, and key resources like the ‘How to’ guide and example Request for Support were hard to find.

These webpages have now been simplified and are much easier to navigate. Whether you're a parent, carer, or professional, you’ll now find clearer guidance and quicker access to the tools you need to raise a concern or request support.
