As we approach the end of private fostering week, Community Care has written an article about private fostering in the UK highlighting concerns around the underreporting of arrangements to local authorities.
The article discusses: ‘hidden’ groups of potentially vulnerable children living in private fostering arrangements; misunderstandings about private fostering; and potential issues with parental consent.
