World Mental Health Day

10 October 2026

World Mental Health Day takes place on 10 October 2026 and is an opportunity to raise awareness of mental health, challenge stigma and encourage open conversations about wellbeing. Mental health affects us all, and this year's theme, "Lived experiences heard: Real voices, real change", highlights the importance of listening to people's experiences and ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard and supported. Whether by checking in with a colleague, friend or family member, or by taking time to look after our own wellbeing, we can all play a part in creating a more understanding and compassionate community.
