The Active Essex Foundation are hosting their inaugural Power of Movement – Youth Mental Health Conference, designed for system leaders and providers, from across all sectors in Greater Essex.

What to expect:

• Inspiring keynote speakers from national leaders, including Dr William Bird MBE (GP, Advisor to the World Health Organisation, and Chair of Active Essex) and Sport England
• Interactive workshops tailored to your area of work and interests
• Opportunities to connect and collaborate with others across the whole CYP mental health system, including NHS, local authorities, education, police and VCSE sector
• Hear from community-based organisations and young people across Essex
• Walk and Talk session in the beautiful grounds
