This 10 minute video from the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service (ECFWS) provides an overview of Essex Pre-birth to 19 Services (up to 25 for those with SEND).

The ECFWS is delivered by HCRG in partnership with Barnardos, YES (Youth Enquiry Service) and Homestart across Essex, utilising a place based/neighbourhood informed model of delivery.
