ECC Public Health - Youth vaping: parent and carer survey

Essex County Council would like to hear from parents and carers about youth vaping to help evaluate a recent campaign. This survey is for parents/carers of 9-14 year olds in Essex. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous as we will not ask any personal information.
