Opening hours over the Christmas period

Please note, the Children and Families Hub will be closed for the Christmas period from 25th December to 29th December 2025 (inclusive) and will re-open on 30th December.
The Hub will close again on 1st January 2026 and service resumes as normal from 2nd January.
During these times, if you have an urgent concern for a child living in Essex, please contact the Emergency Duty Team on 0345 606 1212.
