Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel – Learning Hub
The Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel Learning Hub is a national online resource created by the Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel in England. It brings together learning from national reviews, local child safeguarding practice reviews, thematic analyses, and practical resources to help professionals improve safeguarding practice.
The Panel is an independent body sponsored by the Department for Education. Its role is to oversee serious child safeguarding incidents, commission national reviews where there is potential for wider learning and promote improvements in safeguarding practice across England.
The Learning Hub was launched in April 2026 as a dedicated website designed to make safeguarding learning more accessible and practically useful for frontline professionals, managers, safeguarding partners, and reviewers. It was developed with input from practitioners across social care, health, education, policing, youth justice, and the voluntary sector.
