Last updated by Chelsey Reynolds on Tuesday, February 5, 2019

Today marks World Suicide Prevention Day and we'll be supporting the campaign and sharing resources on social media.

There is also a dedicated Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health pageon the ESCB website, which has lots of resources including videos from Papyrus, how to get support from Kooth and Big White Wall, toolkits, policies and guidance.

The Promoting Positive Emotional Wellbeing and Reducing the Risk of Suicide Toolkit has also recently been updated to include a resource for schools from Papyrus.

Follow us on Twitter @EsssexSafeguards and Facebook where we’ll be supporting the campaign and sharing resources. Show your support using the hashtag #Itsoktotalk.
