The Relationships, Sex and Health Education survey deadline has been extended until Sunday 30 March so there are still a couple of weeks for young people to have their say!

Young people aged 11-25 are being asked for their views about big topics like relationships, sexual health and how young people use the internet.  The information received will be used to shape a number of services for young people including education, professionals training and sexual health services.
