SETDAB Domestic Homicide Review Seminar - Harlow

Thursday 5th March 2020, 9am-1pm

 

Target audience:  Front line workers and managers - those working with families and perpetrators affected by domestic abuse/stalking. As well as DHR Chairs/Authors, Coroners/Coroners Officers, Police FLO's, DHR Panel Members and Community Safety Partnership Managers.

 

Aims: 

  • Raise awareness of Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA) and the service they provide.
  • To cascade themes and learning from DHRs locally and to highlight national research.

 

Learning objectives:

  • Raise awareness of Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA) and the service they provide.
  • Improve awareness and understanding of the DHR process.
  • To improve awareness of themes and learning from DHRs locally.
  • To improve understanding of domestic abuse high risk factors.
  • For learning to be applied to practice within organisations.
