Last updated by Stephanie.Rosser@essex.gov.uk on Thursday, February 4, 2021

Did You Know...around three children in every primary school class has a mental health problem, and many more struggle with challenges from bullying to bereavement?

It's a sobering statistic, but one that needs recognising and addressing. We're proud to be supporting this year's awareness week which is encouraging young people to 'express yourself'.

Find out more about how you can get involved and support the campaign.

Coinciding with #TimeToTalk day, it's a reminder that every small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference. Everyone can help to break down barriers by chatting about mental health and ending the mental health stigma. Find out more.
