Domestic Abuse cases have risen sharply during the current coronavirus pandemic. In order to support workers, Alpha Vesta have launched a range of free new domestic abuse workshops which you are welcome to join!
In addition, to these workshops, Alpha Vesta are running a free hr fortnightly Awareness Session, ‘Domestic Abuse and Coronavirus – The Toxic Mix’ which will continue to run due to high demand (next date Wednesday 10th June – 10.30 – 12pm)
*Each course can be attended on its own but when combined, they form the main part of Alpha Vesta's CPD Accredited Certificate in Domestic Abuse for Businesses and Organisations.
Bridging the Gap is a 6 month pilot project funded by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex and delivered by Essex based, Alpha Vesta CIC. The project’s aim is to ‘bridge the gap’ between the Corporate, Public and Third Sector in order to Break the Cycle of Domestic Abuse across Communities in Essex.
