The SET exploitation e-learning package has been updated for 2024. The training will support anyone who would like to improve their knowledge and understanding of exploitation.
The e-learning package is free to access for those working or volunteering in Essex, Southend and Thurrock.
The purpose of the e-learning package is to raise awareness about all types of exploitation and to help people recognise the potential signs of exploitation, covering aspects such as grooming, adolescent brain development, modern day slavery and contextual safeguarding.
This package was developed in partnership with the Southend and Thurrock Safeguarding Boards, and with funding from the Essex Violence and Vulnerability Unit.
