The Southend, Essex and Thurrock water safety forum works to prevent drowning fatalities and other water related incidents. One of the priorities is to ensure children and young people know how to keep themselves safe when in and around water.
To inform this work Essex based schools are invited to complete a short survey to help our understanding of the current offer of both water safety education and swimming lessons.
