Putting multi-agency reviews into practice-professional curiosity and themes from reviews

This is a workshop organised by the Essex Safeguarding Children Board, Essex Safeguarding Adult Board and the Southend, Essex and Thurrock Domestic Abuse Board in conjunction with the Essex Social Care Academy, Essex County Council.

Aims of the workshop: 

  • Opportunity to shape practice
  • Chance to reflect
  • Share good practice and learning
  • Make a difference to how we work together
  • Responding to need and risk

Target audience: Anyone who has involvement with domestic abuse and children or adults safeguarding in their role and with the ability to influence practice within their organisation.

Allocation of places: Due to the high demand for places we will need to allocate places to ensure there is a wide range of organisations in attendance. Confirmation of your place will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the course date. The workshop is free to attend, however there will be a charge for non-attendance and cancellations of less than 15 working days prior to the conference. If you are unable to attend once your place has been confirmed you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place at no charge up until 2 working days before the workshop.
